12/2/02 - Just announced: Details on our February releases, including the Complete Guide to Treants (trust me, you haven't seen treants like these before), and Dungeon Crawl Classics #1, an adventure module that should conjure up a little nostalgia.

11/25/02 - Monsters, Magic, and Sky Ships, the third volume in the Aerial Adventure Guide series, should be appearing in stores this week. Additionally, we have posted a few new Broncosaurus Rex articles to our Free Materials page: protoceratops psionics and Free Fleet feats...

11/21/02 - Due to popular demand, subscriptions for the EN World Player's Journal are now available from our online store.

11/20/02 - We are pleased to announce that Goodman Games will be publishing the EN World Player's Journal, a new d20 print magazine. Click here to read the full press release.

11/18/02 - The Complete Guide to Doppelgangers will be appearing in stores this week. To celebrate, we've posted some web enhancements on our Free Materials page:

  • Check out Scrollworks, a great d20 zine.
  • I recently ran across Don Marquez's Retro Blast, a comic that tries to recapture the feel of 40's-era pulp sci-fi.

  • 11/4/02 - New additions to our Free Materials page:

  • "Fly the Unfriendly Skies," a short adventure for the Aerial Adventure Guide

  • Gaming Frontiers #3 will be in stores in the next 1-2 weeks. Look for our article "Aliens on the Dinosaur Planet," which has stats and background for three new alien races that you can find on Cretasus!
  • 9/26/02 - More good reviews for the Aerial Adventure Guide, this time on EN World: "I plan to buy the next two installments and would recommend this to anyone wishing to add aerial elements into their campaign."

9/24/02 - Some random web sites of interest:

  • Broncosaurus Rex fans, check out Adam Fukutomu's fan site, which includes the Dinopath prestige class and "Rev Raptor, the velociraptor tactician who drives."
  • Aerial Adventure Guide fans, check out Mike Mearls' new online journal.
  • Comic book fans, check out Sanctum #1 from Humanoids Publishing. (This has absolutely nothing to do with Goodman Games, but man! it's a cool comic!)

6/16/02 - Welcome to our revamped site! We have a lot of news:

  • First, notice the new sidebar on your left. We're adding new product lines.
  • That said, we have four books scheduled for release between now and October. Check out our upcoming releases.
  • Our submissions policy is now online.
  • We've added a free materials page, which is starting out with the online supplements for the Complete Guide to Velociraptors.
  • As if all that weren't enough, we now have a retail locator, where you can find retailers near you who carry our products.
  • Let us know what you think!

5/30/02 - Now online: a sneak preview of the Complete Guide to Velociraptors (July release).

4/23/02 - As of today, the Cretasus Adventure Guide is now available in stores! If your local store doesn't carry it, let us know and we will see what we can do about that.

4/22/02 - Artist Brian England recently interviewed Broncosaurus Rex creator Joseph Goodman. Click here to read the interview.

4/15/02 - Just announced: The Complete Guide to Velociraptors is scheduled for July release!

3/31/02 - We just got back from the GAMA Trade Show in Las Vegas. (Well, we actually got back last week; we just haven't updated the web site till now!) The show was great. We showed off a preview of the Cretasus Adventure Guide (which is at the printers now), and everyone loved it!

We've added a new feature to the web site: Broncosaurus Recs - our collection of small press recommendations for readers of Broncosaurus Rex. If you like Broncosaurus Rex, you will probably like these games, comics, and books, too!

We have also updated the About Goodman Games page with more contributor bios - check them out!

2/22/02 - There is a lot in development for Dinosaur Planet: Broncosaurus Rex, and we've added some sneak previews to keep you tantalized. First, the Cretasus Adventure Guide is still on schedule for April release. This volume is a must-have for the Broncosaurus Rex gamer; not only does it deliver some intriguing background information about the world of Cretasus and its inhabitants (both human and dinosaur), it also includes prestige classes for Dino Warriors and Federal Marshals, full stats and background on the Union ironclads, stats for a horde of new prehistoric beasts, complete vehicle rules, and rules and background for the alien Scray (who, as you may know, helped the Union develop their ironclads). Here is a sneak preview of some of the interior art.

Second, many of you probably caught the sneak preview of Dinosaur Planet: Broncosaurus Rex in Gaming Frontiers #1. There will be an original article in Gaming Frontiers #2 (due out in April) covering the psionic powers of the protoceratops. The article also expands on the role of the alien Scray in the development of Cretasus, and spotlights some of their psychic weapons. Here is a sneak preview of some of the art.

Finally, we have updated a few sections of the web site. About Goodman Games includes links to the sites of some of our contributors, and About Broncosaurus Rex now includes links to several reviews of the game (all of which have been quite enthusiastic!).
