Coleston, hands down you're the coolest dude among the old-school publishers. I'm going to increase my pledge to $30 soon.

I personally found the $31+ mark to BE the sweet spot! I love (obviously) the smaller format, and I hope the PDF's will be in the same format (it's much easier to read on a tablet.)
I'll probably end up compiling the "Options" and printing them out on my "zine" system (heh.)

This is just an awesome deal John. Upgraded my pledge. (And thanks for supporting the Crawler's Companion Kickstarter!)

If I wasn't already in at over $30, I would upgrade my pledge.
This Kickstarter just went from "great deal" to "insane deal." Wow.

Coleston the Cavalier, you might want to put this new information on the front page of the project so that more people will see it. Just a thought.

I upgraded as well. As you've pointed out, the campaign is already a success. I think people get hung up on all these stretch goals.

Re: (BHP) Appendix N Adventure Toolkits KICKSTARTER IS LIVE!
Isn't that why stretch goals exist? When the project was not yet fully funded people were hung up on getting it funded. Why stop there? That is the way that Kickstarter is supposed to work. The stretch goals are incentive to contribute as much as you can and to blow as far past the funding goal as possible within the time frame.funkaoshi wrote:I upgraded as well. Yes, the project is successful. That is a wonderfully awesome thing which should be celebrated. I don't think any of us is trying to take away from that.
I am hung up on the stretch goals because I want to see more really cool stuff get released more quickly. I don't just want Brave Halfling to succeed, I want an Epic Success.
Frankly, I believe that we should celebrate every dollar which is over the funding goal. That represents people giving their hard-earned money to something that they think is a superior project. Not stopping at the funding goal is a big vote of confidence in a project. So, get hung up on the stretch goals and help blow the roof off of the project. The stretch goals are almost as important as the initial goal.
Oh, and I have to add that the project is now over $9000 with 283 contributors. How awesome is that?
I hope it gets to $15,000.

If it doesn't reach $15,000 I really hope that goal is offered up as an optional upgrade.
Re: (BHP) Appendix N Adventure Toolkits KICKSTARTER IS LIVE!
I blinked! $9577 and 298 backers
That's wonderful. Looks like that box is going to happen.
15 days for another 5k? Fingers crossed. Spread the word.
