It certainly had a very hey-y heyday in it's time -- perhaps the heyiest -- the obvious precursor to the amazing modern DCC RPG Community.
If we provide a disk, can you download the internet for us to use -- or at least this forum in its entirety?

Re: Does anyone have print copies of the Goodman Games modules with Jeff Dee cover art?
I'm pretty sure I have 19, 36 and 44 -- but things are a little crazy here at the moment with some floors being replaced... I may be able to get to them later in the week, if no one has gotten back to you by then.

Right.
Luck changes and the Mod changes with it.
Birth Augur remains fixed.

Nice!
Many tests in DCC are for the PCs to make, against a fixed number. This could be easily adapted in that direction, too!

Re: cumulative strength of several characters
Most commonly I think, people add the bonuses, with a minimum of +1 for those without a bonus. I prefer to judge it based on the situation. Maybe help means automatic success, maybe it means going up the Dice Chain, maybe it just means it's a faster process... I wouldn't say I have one solution for ...

Re: Corruption and lay-on-hands and other healing
I'd think Corruption is an 'unplanned' interaction with the phlogiston. It's not a disease, but a fundamental change wrought by the immense powers of the phlogiston. Lay on Hands would not affect it, where it would affect a more usual skin disease. I'd allow a retcon of the Luckburn while still lear...

Re: Simple houserule for multiclass
It's simple, but raises the question of why a Warrior learning magic suddenly "can't fight" like a Warrior. Raven Crowking's blog has some simple multi-classing rules, where basically you 'skip' a level of advancement, but are now two Classes, like you're 5th level, but it's the abilities ...

Re: Action Dice (how do they work?)
I was juts thinking about these questions. It seems like some monsters show Bite or claw (griffin) and others say bite and claw (manticore.) Both have 2d20 action dice. In both cases the bite does more damage. If a monster could bite twice with it's two action dice that would be most efficient opti...

Re: Advice on typical treasure limits
Don't have them get hired -- they explore and get into danger because that's how you hit the jackpot. There's no lottery, but that tomb may have stacks of gems and precious metals... Stat by dropping all the treasure by an increment -- if it's gold, make it silver, if it's silver, make it copper... ...

What if when he throws open the doors, there's a chance for the characters to see the bombs the cultist intends to set off...?
Then there's action in trying to stop that attempt, or to run away, a mix of the two, and even other clever actions from the players...

Re: halflings detecting traps ?
Depends on their former Occupation.
A Hunter is going to have had some experience with traps, most likely. So I'd give them a d14 or so... A Dwarven rat-catcher, likewise. If it's a trap that involves rope, a Rope maker would have better than a d10, etc.

They can come from certain spell provenances, spell creation/modification, and if they roll double 1s on the amplification die.
