This thread is going to be dedicated to what magical items are most & least useful to build into mechs, and some suggestions for rules adapting some items for mechs. Each Post will be for 1 general type of magic items (armor, wands, rods, etc).
The first area I will deal with is Armor.

Just make sure to check your designs, the original set had a number of significant errors in the mech designs (insufficient crew sizes, etc.)

When can we expect some more X-Crawl & Dragonmech products? There was some talk on the boards about Dragonmech Battles & Playtesting a new edition of X-Crawl, but then nothing. An update would be nice.

To bad 4E doesn't have any templates you can apply, like the mob template from the DMG2 of 3.5.

What about X-Crawl? They just put up a request on these boards to beta test a new version with modified 3.5 rules. Of course, they may be planning to cover that by saying that it is a Pandahead product, not Goodman games.

So which product lines are going to 4Ed, and when? I Know your already doing the DCC line, but what about Dragonmech or Etherscope? Will we still be able to get 3.5 versions?
Answers to these questions would put my mind (and many other's, I imagine) at ease.
