Well, I know of one that is entitled "The Temple of the First Word" and it is for levels 11-13th. It deals with entering the temple of the gods where arcana magic was first created and destroying a fallen celestial and his demonic followers before they can destroy all magic in the world. H...

God, that is a tough one. May as well have asked me to pick a limb and saw it off with a rusty hacksaw, a la "Road Warrior". Honestly, here's a quick list of some of my favorites that I have run or been run through (quite literally) over the years: Legends are Made, not Born (DCC #0): This...

Ahhh, it makes sense now.

And quite the interesting product. I'm gonna have to take a look at that one. Civil War, dinosaurs, and the wild west all in one product? SOLD!

Thanks for the info, Mr. Goodman.

A Question For Mr. Goodman: Why Dinosaurs?

I don't know if this subject has been addressed before, Mr. Goodman, but I was wondering why you choose the theme of "dinosaurs" for your gaming logo and the board's "ranking" system? Personal theme or does it have to do with a product or something? Just curious! Thanks, Chris Mc...

I agree with Mike on this one. I have several evil PCs that have made for some very memorable moments with our long standing group of five years. It seems to me that the longer your group has been together, the more entertaining it can be to play new types of characters. It helps to keep some things...

My good friend Harley speaks the truth! Heh, be careful what you offer, my friend, as I might just call in that favor when the time comes! But in all seriousness, my compliments come from the heart of a dedicated DM and gamer who has seen many, many lackluster maps until I have set eyes upon your ma...

Save vs. Death Ray (love the handle...), Well, my PCs were the "recommended" level and got slaughtered, despite the fact that there were six of them on the first run. The second run got eight PCs of recommended level and they were a nice, well balanced party (the old magic four: cleric, ro...

Greyhawk was something I could never get into. It's the "generic" setting for Dungeons and Dragons. It's status quo. So, of course, I steer clear of it. There isn't really even much of a good reason why I do either. ~Shrugs~ I just find the Forgotten Realms to be so much more enriching. It...

I'd have to say Forgotten Realms or anything homebrew. I love FR simply because it is a traditional high magic, high fantasy type of world and the DnD setting I started playing with back in '94. Homebrews, when done nicely and portrayed correctly (or at least creatively), are excellent. It pretty mu...
